Event Information

Drive-in cinema. Been there, done that. Say hello to cycle-in cinema, the environmentally friendly alternative. For three nights only, Taylor Square is being transformed into a bicycle powered outdoor cinema as part of the We Make This City program. Films start at 8:30pm and run til 10:30pm, however, arrive early (from 7.30pm) to plug your bike into the generator stands and take turns riding to power the performance.

On Friday 24 February a selection of short films have been selected by Queer Screen to celebrate the 2012 Mardi Gras festival (including a zombie lesbian musical, we kid you not). Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 February's screenings will be programmed by Sydney College of Fine Arts.

If it's raining, don't be put off. The event will be relocated to a wet weather venue at 1a Burton St.
