The fourth Swiss Food Festival is happening at the Swissotel in Sydney. The newly renovated Jpb Restaurant will be serving up a top quality buffet of traditional Swiss foods. Some dishes don't sound very appealing (Swiss barley soup), but Swiss food is a crazy-good combo of Northern Italian and German influences - it wont be super healthy but it will be delish.
