The fish markets aren't all about strange smells, seagulls and manic Christmas marathons - they also have their own school.
What started out as a way to get Aussies more familiar with the weirder sea critters out there has now become on of Australia's leading cooking schools. Every week they have a rotating roster of classes, from the simplest of recipes to three course dinners. Some of Sydney's best chefs will also be teaching classes a few of the tricks of the trade.
