S Club and Big Brovaz Team Up For Tour
The Vengabus has been and gone, Aqua is about to remind us that life in plastic is fantastic, NKOTB, the Backstreet Boys and Eiffel 65 are all on their way to visit. Adding to a chain of concerts that would have had our pre-teen selves hyperventilating and busting out some serious synchronised dance moves, the trashy '90s pop continues with a tour announcement from
S Club (nee S Club 7) and
Big Brovaz.
The two UK acts will hit all major capitals, with shows taking place in May and June. Though only three members of S Club are headed our way (S Club 3 just doesn't have the same ring to it), just remember that there ain't no party like an S Club Party. Back in 1999 the septet, created by ex-Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller, rose to fame with bubblegum pop classics like 'Don't Stop Movin' and 'Bring It All Back'. This time round they'll be bringing all the same hits (hopefully along with the head scarves and midriff grazing tops).
Joining them for the ride will be R&B outfit Big Brovaz, known for their tunes 'Nu Flow' and 'Favourite Things'. Unfounded rumours suggest that the two groups will together perform an onstage rendition of 'Miami 7' - this is history, people.
Tickets for the Ain't No Party Australia Tour are $55 plus booking fee, and go on sale March 5.
