Radiohead and Jack White to Collaborate?
A potential super-collaboration could be on the cards for Radiohead and Jack White after Thom Yorke teased fans at Bonnaroo on Friday night. Performing the headline slot at the music and arts festival, Yorke dedicated the track ‘Supercollider’ to Jack White, saying “we saw him yesterday. A big thank-you to him, but we can’t tell you why. You’ll find out.”
Considering White’s Third Man studio is just an hour away from the festival site, speculation is a-flying about a potential collaboration. Many artists have recorded one-off limited edition singles at the studio, such as
Beck's ‘Just Started Hating Some People Today’ released last month, so this could be the case for Radiohead. Alternatively, there's always the side-project route, which we've already dubbed 'Radio Jack'.
White is due in Australia next month for Splendour in the Grass, while Radiohead will be touring in November.
