Submissions Open for Global Media Ideas Summit

Some of the most inspired minds in digital media will make their way to Sydney this June as part of Vivid Ideas, offering a handful of creatives the opportunity to meet and work with some incredibly gifted and successful individuals. 

X Media Lab is an internationally acclaimed and highly successful group of digital pioneers, designed to help develop creative industries and give local entrepreneurial groups a slice of their international expertise. In the past the group has helped nurture digital projects such as ABC’s Rage, The Chaser, The Loop, Lonely Planet and 99dresses.

X Media Lab is calling for submissions for its annual Global Media Ideas summit, which will be held as part of the Vivid festival. The summit will feature a public conference at Sydney Opera House on June 8, followed by an intensive two-day creative workshop at the MCA for selected teams.

Acknowledging the invaluable experience that a mentorship can bring, 16 teams will be selected to receive the one-on-one mentoring, which includes opportunities for consultation, feedback and advice tailored to their specific needs.

Since its inception in Sydney in 2003, X Media Lab has helped hundreds of Australians develop their ideas by connection with the experts at the forefront of the world’s creative digital and media industries.
