Registrations Open for 2012 Adelaide Fringe
Artists and storytellers: registrations are now open for the 2012 Adelaide Fringe Festival.
The Adelaide Fringe is a 24-day explosion of theatre, comedy and music performances, exhibitions and events to distract from the sweaty and uncomfortable Australian summer. Attracting work from beyond Adelaide and even beyond Australia, these three plus weeks make up what is arguably the biggest and most exciting arts event in the country, and it's growing at an unstoppable rate.
Registrations to perform or exhibit during the 2012 event are open until October 12, with the madness going down in February. Next year's theme is 'Tour of the Unexpected', with interpretation open to the artist.
Creatives producing work that sits just outside the curves of the mainstream (on the fringe - geddit? geddit?) are encouraged not to miss this opportunity to register. Check out adelaidefringe.com.au
